Controversial Journalist, Kemi Olunloyo stated that she might be rearrested for her magistrate bail was not perfected, she said:  I may be rearrested. My magistrate bail of N200K was not perfected. The prison says the warrant was cancelled. Judicial error. My lawyers have to perfect the bail now. The complainant is suing me in both courts SIGH. Media will pounce on this! So unfair!! They need a prison official here for probable cause. I am already in Federal high court which should supercede magistrate. Prison officials need that court order inviting them to court. I went to the prison fast with a dropcab. I am back in the courtroom. The judiciary clerk said the order was not ready yesterday. This morning the court order to PRISON officials is still not ready. A mother has been charged to court for stabbing her 4-year-old  daughter to death in west Harris County, Houston, Texas. 34 years old, Laquita Lewis, allegedly stabbed her little daughter,  Fredricka Allen multiple times in the chest and left her to die in the bedroom. Laquita was charged with murder after the girl was found fatally and severally stabbed late  Sunday  at Lewis’ apartment complex in Houston. It is yet to be known the major reason behind murdering her own daughter, but there were uncertain reports that she had an argument with Fredricka’s father, Fredricka before reportedly stabbing their daughter, a relative said. Lewis left the apartment after stabbing her own child, and got into a car accident. She was at a hospital when she texted her family to apologize for what had happened. Foreign, Nigerian Group and Access Banks Takes Over Etisalat Nigeria Over $1.72 Billion Debt

A group of Nigerian and foreign banks led by Access Bank PLC have taken over the management of Etisalat Nigeria following a collapse of efforts to reach an agreement with the banks on debt restructuring plan in the protracted $1,72 billion debt impasse. The takeover became effective as at June 15th. Emerging Markets Telecommunication Services, EMTS, promoted by a former Chairman of United Bank for Africa, UBA, Hakeem Bello-Osagie, had been making efforts to arrive at an agreement on debt restructuring plan but the failure of that led to the takeover by the consortium of banks. However, EMTS Holding B.V. has up to  June 23  to complete the transfer of 100 percent of the company’s shares in Etisalat to the legal representative of the consortium of banks, United Capital Trustees Limited. Etisalat Group made this known  on Tuesday  in a filing to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirate. The filing, with reference number Ho/GCFO/152/85, and dated

The palace of His Royal Majesty Eze I.O Kanu in Isiama Afara Ukwu, Umuahia was  crowded yesterday, Tuesday, June 20,  the huge crowd were members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) that were summoned to the palace by its leader, Nnamdi Kanu. The member's that turned up were hundreds singing various 'Biafra songs' of freedom in Igbo language. While addressing the crowd, Kanu in his statement said he was delighted to see that such huge people responded to his call. He said:  "Yesterday, I asked Darlington to send a message to say that I want to see IPOBs here today, not too many of you I said but look at what came out." Violence Between Indigenes of Rivers and Hausas Causes 2 Lives, Mosque and Church

A major violence erupt between Hausas residing in Rivers and Onne indigenes in Eleme local government area of the state has ended two people lives, Mosque and Church was also burnt. reports gathered indicated that several people also sustained injury while a church and a mosque were allegedly destroyed . The Punch reports that members of a local government task force had gone to Opaku Park in Onne mostly inhabited by the Hausa community and asked the traders to pay their daily levies. According to the report, it all started when one of the Hausa traders refused to  pay the daily levy. A member of the task force was said to have been killed instantly during the argument that ensued between them. Police and Fulani Herdsmen Collides Over Olu Falae’s farm

The former secretary to the government of the federation, Mr. Olu Falae's  farm was  invaded by suspected Fulani herdsmen in Kajola Village, Akure north local government area of Ondo state. The herdsmen who were up to 10 in numbers, also spray fire on some policemen who were deployed to watch over the farm on the order of the commissioner of police in the state, Mrs. Hilda Harrison following the invasion. Vanguard gathered reports that the collision started after herdsmen invaded Falae’s farm over the weekend and destroyed some part of it.  The Afenifere chieftains then informed the police authorities in the state and 15 mobile policemen were hurriedly deployed to the farm.  On arriving the scene, the herdsmen opened fire on the policemen, which result in  a gun war between the policemen and the herdsmen insisting that their cows would graze on the farm.
